I haven’t posted as often as I would have liked on my Republican Roman army project. In fact it took a back seat for a while because of work and allotment activities. Need to get my spuds out you know!
Anyway I did get the occaisional session in and now my 24 Hastati have all their base coats on ready to ‘paint’. of course I am going to use the old Army painter/magic wash method like I did on my test figure.
I am pleased with the way they have come on and just love these Aventine figures. I am quite a bit behind on my painting targets for 2013 now but the main thing I am plugging onwards with painting my wargames figures. Loving getting back into the swing of things.
